Dr. Hendren and the staff were fantastic with my cat, Jackson! The exam was quick (less than an hour), thorough and reasonably priced. They even had toys in the room to play with while we waited. One of the easiest vet visits my guy has ever had!

Dr. Hendren has been our most trusted veterinarian. She has helped in the care of our many precious furry family members over the past few years. Wherever she goes, we will follow. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and so patient with both of us. Dr. Hendren was thorough in her examination and explained everything clearly, ensuring that I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Kiki was fantastic in handling Hercules, who can be a bit anxious during office visits, but her gentle demeanor made him feel at ease.It's clear that everyone at Livewell Animal Hospital genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. I'm so grateful for the outstanding care and compassion they showed us. Hercules is recovering and feeling better, and I know it's because of their exceptional dedication. Highly recommend!

From the front desk to the vet techs, Dr. Hendren and her team go above and beyond! Everyone on the team is very kind and personable. They are also great about giving thorough explanations and advice. My dog is reactive towards other dogs and they are always gracious with ensuring that we are able to get in and out of the exam room without any run-ins. Really appreciate the way they love on my dog and put me at ease. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience today at this animal hospital. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. After rescuing a puppy from suboptimal living conditions, they ensured that I had everything necessary to provide the best care. Cat and Dr. Hendren facilitated a smooth and seamless process. I particularly appreciated their transparency in discussing my budget, avoiding any unnecessary expenses while meeting my needs. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic, rating it 10 out of 10.

Dr. Hendren, the techs, and front office staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond with everything. They are so patient and caring with the animals and the people! I have a very reactive dog that I always dreaded taking to vet visits. They are amazing with him. They have done all vaccinations, exams, and blood draws without sedation and without issue. They put a lot of thought into making him as comfortable as possible and it shows. He actually enjoys going there. And this is a dog that cannot be in any proximity to other dogs or people, generally. They also have an ultrasound machine and Dr. Hendren is certified to perform/diagnose the ultrasounds. I have learned this is not a common occurrence with most vets. I highly recommend them. They are absolutely the best vet in Charlotte!
