Kim Hicks - Hospital Manager

Kim serves as the Hospital Manager at Livewell Animal Urgent Care of Worthington, bringing several years of veterinary leadership experience and a passion for creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets. She believes exceptional patient care begins with a supportive, collaborative team and is dedicated to fostering an environment where team members can grow, communicate openly, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Kim enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and helping make every visit as stress-free as possible. She is committed to operational excellence, mentoring her team, and continually enhancing both the patient and client experience.

Outside of the hospital, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, and friends. She also loves reading, traveling, and making memories with her three dogs—Roxy, Charlie, and Ollie.
