Dr. An Hoang was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Texas and went on to get her veterinary degree from Texas A&M in 2009. She considers herself more Longhorn than Aggie, so please don't hold that against her.
Dr. Hoang has spent the past 17 years doing primarily small animal medicine in northern California. She moved back to Texas to be closer to family, kolaches and bluebonnets. She has a special interest in alternative medicine and has received certification in Acupuncture from IVAS in 2013.
When not working, you can find Dr. Hoang at home with her husband, two feral boys, and her dog. Her hobbies including reading, yoga, and travelling.
