Mikayla Arbegast - Hospital Manager

Originally from the greater Sacramento area, Mikayla moved to Utah about six years ago, where she earned her veterinary technician license and began her journey as a practice manager.

With 17 years of experience in the veterinary field across a variety of roles, she is passionate about animal care and team leadership. She shares her home with a sweet dog named Maple and a gecko. Outside of work, she enjoys nature photography, camping, and any time spent near the water—especially the ocean!
