Casey Carville - Hospital Manager

Born and raised in Texas, Casey has spent more than 15 years in veterinary medicine and animal welfare. While attending Texas A&M University, she began her career as a veterinary technician before moving into leadership, where she gained experience in hospital operations, team development, and organizational growth.

Casey is passionate about building strong teams and creating an environment where veterinary professionals feel supported and empowered to provide exceptional care. As Hospital Manager at Livewell Animal Hospital of Austin, she loves supporting the team behind the medicine and helping create an experience where clients feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet's care. She believes that thoughtful communication, compassion, and genuine relationships with clients are just as important to a great veterinary experience as what happens behind the exam room door.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, reading, yoga, and spending plenty of time at soccer fields and basketball courts with her boys. At home, life stays busy with their crew of three dogs and three cats.
