Dr. Alexis Jones is originally from Greenville, North Carolina and now calls Concord, NC home.
Dr. Jones pursued her academic journey at North Carolina State University, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She has worked in the veterinary field for 12 years, starting as a customer service representative to a veterinary assistant, and now a doctor. In addition to general practice care, her special interests include dermatology and ophthalmology.
At home, she shares her space with a diverse family of seven pets, including two dogs named Codak and Melo, a western hognose snake named Chino, two guppies named Bubbles and Guppy, and two snails, Sally and Sarah. A wife and mother of two children, Dr. Jones finds joy in her family life and cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones.
In her free time, Dr. Jones enjoys traveling and visiting zoos and aquariums with her family. A fun tidbit about Alexis is her fondness for Haribo Gummy Bears, her absolute favorite candy.
