Your Pet's First Visit
A pet's first visit to the vet can seem a bit daunting, so we've put together a list of info and resources to help you prepare.
At your first appointment, we will gather information about your pet’s background, health, diet, and training. We can also address any questions or concerns you might have.
Your veterinarian will examine your pet from nose-to-tail, looking for things like heart murmurs, ear infections, and/or parasites. Your vet can also provide pet-proofing tips, training assistance, and parasite protection recommendations.

Appointment Policies
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your pet's appointment for check-in. If you have not filled out all relevant patient forms yet, plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment.
While we do our best to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, there will be times of occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.

Okay so honest review this place is amazing ! Dr. Jones and Bre(I really hope that I spelled it correctly) was absolutely EVERYTHING. My dog Marley has anxiety but they were so professional and just all around great with him. The office is very clean and the receptionist is very nice as well.

We took both of our dogs to Livewell a few months ago. We were so happy with the care received; the transparent communication and the fact they didn't trying to upsell us on products or services that we didn't really need! Both Dr. Jones and Bri were awesome, we will definitely go back!

I have severe doctor anxiety and hate the pressure I got at the vet. My older dog was not well and I went in tears. The vet came in having studied my notes and done some research so I didn't have to repeat the story. He gave me options with ZERO pressure and my dog is happy and healthy thanks to them. They follow up on every visit and genuinely seem to care. They have a loyal family in us!!

I love this place. They were very loving towards my pets and very professional. The hospital is spotless and they run on time. I appreciated how Dr. Jones and Ms. McBride approached my animals with loving care. It was a great first experience there and we will always bring our pets back for care.

Livewell is the best vet! We are new patients and brought our two cats in this week for various concerns and they were addressed thoroughly and quickly. We had results explained in full detail and a variety of next steps without any pressure and with pricing in mind. They even had a personalized sign for my cat’s first appointment! The little touches and communication really sets them apart. Dr. Gold is so informative and Dorian was so great with both of our cats! We are SO happy to have switched vets!

Dana and Dr. Jones were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and supportive. Dr. Gold was also very helpful with getting Ducky (my cat) prescribed a different form of the antibiotic after she did not tolerate the original prescription well. Faith was a very friendly receptionist. And I loved the drawing of a duck on Ducky's name tag - it's the little details like that that show me how much they care about pets :)
