Your Pet's First Visit

Going to the vet is never easy, but Livewell made it easy! Got checked in and seen in a reasonable amount of time (keep in mind this is an urgent care). The staff and vet were so kind to my dog and I and made sure my pup was comfortable the whole time. When it came to explain what was wrong to me, the vet explained it in a way that I actually understood which was nice.

This was the first time I ever had to go to an emergency vet and I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Samantha was extremely informative about my pets condition and how the treatments will help him. I was nervous that he was going to be emotionally scarred from the experience (he’s a 9 month old kitten) but they treated him extremely well. He was completely calm the next couple days after the event which tells me that they were kind and gentle with him. My little orange Astro says thank you!

I can not recommend this establishment enough. The front end representative, nurse, and doctor were all very kind. They were both direct and welcoming with their questions and concerns for Raven. My dog is a super anxious pup and these individuals made her feel more at ease than I regularly see her in a public atmosphere. My gratitude is immense and I will definitely use this location for my future urgent care needs. Thank you so very much.

I cannot give enough thanks and praise of this place! My vet was closed and I found this place and all I can say is First Class service! We were seen immediately. These professionals care and went the extra mile for my dog Kelly. I will continue to come back here and tell everyone I know. The doctor called us himself. They made a follow up call the next day. They don’t try to upsell on anything, and truly are genuine and amazing at what they do! The ladies that work up front are caring and kind! Thank you for helping my 4 legged baby!

There are a handful of businesses that make East Nashville a great place to live and Livewell is definitely one of them. They have helped us with weekend pet emergencies twice now, and both times their staff and facilities have absolutely exceeded every expectation. Thank you, Livewell!

Everyone was very caring and professional. From my first phone call to my last visit, I felt confident in the facility and grateful to have them nearby on my little buddies bad day. The front space is very clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are spacious with a folded down table. There was a blanket available for us in case my dog needed it to feel more comfortable. I snuggled him in while waiting to meet the doctor. The doctor was very wonderful. He listened and was very gentle with my dog.

First time customer this past weekend and I’m very happy under tough circumstances that we ended up at Livewell. Everything was done well - care, service, people, facility and good value. I’m so glad they are in East Nashville for urgent pet care needs.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for my baby and myself. The staff was absolutely amazing and patient with our situation. My dog didn't have any issues trusting them. I watched many people come in and out with smiles on their faces. I am very pleased with our results and the care the team at Livewell provided. It was extremely stressful for us and they made everything wonderful.
