Shoutout Kay I think her name was I apologize if that’s not right but she answered my questions on the phone realistically and didn’t cause any panic. They were able to help my cat and was just so kind! I’d definitely come back.

The Dr. and team were so kind and welcoming when I had to take my dog in for an emergency. They were fast and walked me through the whole process putting me at ease. Would totally recommend.

We are so excited that LiveWell has a location closer to us in Midtown (although we hope to not have to use them again). The staff is incredibly friendly and upfront about the cost of each part of the visit - which is truly appreciated. My pups love everyone there and get lots of love while visiting for whatever crazy ailment. Thank you for taking care of Loki’s insane ear infection. We are feeling so much better. PS- the cost was so reasonable I couldn’t believe it.

Clean and comfortable environment, friendly and efficient staff. Recommended by our vet when our usual location was closed for the weekend. Got my big, anxious, angry boy’s infected face taken care of within an hour. Thanks!

I had to take my granddog to the LiveWell animal urgent care last night. They are amazing and made us feel so welcome. They took great care of her, and the price is very reasonable for being open late, and an urgent care. I highly recommend this vet office!
