Your Pet's First Visit
A pet's first visit to the vet can seem a bit daunting, so we've put together a list of info and resources to help you prepare.
At your first appointment, we will gather information about your pet’s background, health, diet, and training. We can also address any questions or concerns you might have.
Your veterinarian will examine your pet from nose-to-tail, looking for things like heart murmurs, ear infections, and/or parasites. Your vet can also provide pet-proofing tips, training assistance, and parasite protection recommendations.

Appointment Policies
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your pet's appointment for check-in. If you have not filled out all relevant patient forms yet, plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment.
While we do our best to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, there will be times of occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.

I don’t event know where to start….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This urgent care is AMAZING!!! The place is super clean, the staff is really friendly (Jackie and Maylin - the best), and the veterinarian (Dr. Starks) is very personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe; glad we brought Luna (our 3-month Australian Labradoodle) for care here!! P.S. I love their amenities: coffee, hot chocolate with whip, cold water, and snacks. (yummy)

I brought in my 2.5 year old Brindle Pitbull (Onyx). Our visit was amazing and family inviting. This was a result with the front friendly staff making us feel very welcoming! The vet was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions for my pup providing recommendations for treatments. Definitely worth the visit!

Dr. Bowie and the front office staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. They made the process super easy on us and our cat. Everyone took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and answer any questions we had. They were very gentle with our kitty and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend.

The staff here are all wonderful, patient and accommodating. We came in worried about our cat & they were kind and helpful while giving us our options without forcing us into any decisions. They treated our fur baby with gentleness and love - he definitely felt comfortable enough to let them take care of him. We will absolutely be back if one of cats need to be seen in the future! They also have free goodie bags!

Called and was greated right away by Dani. Took my pups information and registered her before we even arrived. Welcomed us and brought us in our room right away. Offered us water or whatever me might need to be comfortable Very Very clean and smells good. Taking great care of my dog. Dr. Is awesome .All the staff is amazing. Sending her medical prognosis to our regular vet. Top notch service.
