Very caring and took my dog's comfort seriously. The tech even sat on the floor next to my dog to take his vitals. Clean water bowls are offered for the pet's comfort. The dr knew he had given me a lot of information so he repeated it to make sure I understood everything. Before any testing was done I was given the reason why and the cost.

Great service, showed empathy since the first moment I called, and the best is that they are open on Saturday’s!! For sure I will recommend them to my friends. Nice place and staff! ⭐️

No local vets could see my dog the same day for an intense allergic reaction. Livewell’s staff were even more thorough in their exam than my regular vet usually is, and loved on him like the angel baby he is. They were even able to give him medications that I go to my regular vet for! Thank you,

Wonderful staff at this new clinic! The front desk staff, the nurses and doctor(veterinarian.. doctor? lol) were all very kind and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I had to wait a bit after the examination and X-ray because my dog was getting a splint done on his paw, but was understandable since it needs to be done a certain way and was told an estimated time it should take. The nurses as well as the front desk checked in on me while I was waiting and offered bottled water. Very professional and will be returning with any other vet emergency needs!
