I’ve been taking my 2 young dogs here for about 6 months. Livewell they always accommodate appointments for me and they’re always kind and helpful. Nicole is an exceptionally warm and caring person tending to the front desk area, Kat the vet tech always takes amazing care of my pets, always comes off both personal and professional. Dr Banks takes tremendously excellent care of my puppies. He is thorough, educated, articulate, concise, helpful, friendly- I truly can’t say enough great things about everyone I see there when we come in. Thank you for caring for our fur babies so much!! Bodhi and Juni appreciate you all as well.

I recently switched to Livewell. Dr. Banks took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. My daughter’s dog was a little afraid as a lot of dogs tend to be. Dr. Banks got on the floor and took the time to gain my dogs trust and get them more comfortable, rather then just rush and move on he spent that time. So very happy we chose Livewell and Dr. Banks.

Very calm and professional experience! I switched Vets due to location to my home and best decision ever! Very friendly staff and wait times are incredibly short. Front desk, doctor and vet techs are very friendly! Never pressured into doing any “extra” services. Refreshments in lobby are a nice touch as well. Thank you livewell for taking such good care of my Sassy girl!

I called to schedule an appointment for my dog that wasn’t feeling well. I was so happy and relieved that they were able to see her the same day. The staffing were friendly, very helpful and caring. My dog was seen and given medication for her illness. I was very touched by how caring they were, with a follow up phone call the next day to see how my dog was doing. Definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that is very caring about your furry babies.

Nothing but incredible things to say about Livewell and their ENTIRE staff. Back in June, my puppy broke her leg. Between our initial visit/casting, the surgery, and multiple follow ups - the Livewell team has been nothing short of amazing, beyond caring, and SUPER thorough with explaining things.
